Complaint Process​

If you have a complaint, first, try to resolve the problem directly with CapTex Bank.  CapTex Bank will have the specific information you need and will work with you on resolving your problem.  This may involve contacting the Bank’s customer service department (817)569-6226 or senior management and / or senior management at complaints@captex.bank.

If you cannot resolve the issue with CapTex Bank, you can contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for help by completing the online complaint form OCC Consumer Complaints.  Please fill in this form completely. Once the OCC receives your form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive a separate e-mail containing your assigned case number within 48 hours. Please keep your case number for future contact with the OCC’s office. You will have the option to PRINT the form after submission.  The OCC recommends that you attempt to resolve your complaint with your financial institution first.
